Stored as the global Claude token. Agents created without a per-agent token use this global token.
Recreates every running Claude agent with the new token without breaking its WhatsApp link.

Agents created without a per-agent token fall back to this global token. “Apply to all” recreates running Claude agents with the new token while preserving their WhatsApp device link, so no re-pairing is required.
