How knowledge bases workRoadmap

A knowledge base lets an agent ground its replies in your documentation โ€” product guides, support macros, internal wikis, and PDFs. When connected, an agent retrieves the most relevant passages at answer time, so responses stay accurate and on-brand. Per-agent document upload and sync is on the roadmap; below is the current connection status for each of your agents.
